Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in stunning Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. Here I talk about my personal life- my highs, lows and everything between. I emigrated to America with my parents and brother at the age of only one and a quarter years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story with you if it wasn't for my parents love dedication and hard work. To give them an opportunity to live a successful future, I set my sights on success and worked hard to attain it. My goal was in a way that I could go to university, get a job in a corporation as well as marry and then buy the house. I believed that this was the epitome of success however, life was not so sure to teach me what it means to be successful. My corporate job in 2013 was one I had dreaded. The status and wealth didn't make me happy. I thought I wasted my day to pay a salary. In 2013, I realized my love was exercise. Also, I loved sharing my experiences with others and was always willing to give an extra helping hand to people. This led me down one of my new paths and to the field of personal training. My small business was started in 2014, and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. For an Asian female in this business, there are a few of our kind. As coach, my mission is to inspire people and help them lead a the life they want to live by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles that cater to each individual's wants and needs. Also, I want others have the confidence to follow their desires and be able to achieve whatever they desire in life. In the midst of my job taking off, I experienced one of the biggest losses in my life thus farand that was the loss of my mother. After an eight year struggle with Scleroderma, she is now resting on Heaven. I will never forget her and always remember her in my mind and in my heart. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in giving us exactly what we require. The loss of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I am convinced that she offered me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. She had her chance to embark on a new journey and I had my second chance at living happy and fulfilled life. At the age of 30, I am alive and conscious I truly feel I live my life now and not just living the way I was in my past. My life is shared to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my stories and thoughts to help you realize that you're not on your own, for you to know that you're capable of anything that you put your heart to. exists that therapy is normal and required that wellness is your most precious form of wealth. I pray that you live the best life possible and live your life without regrets since death is the sole thing that we are promised during our lifetime.
