Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our families. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where the majority of my followers are. I post about my life in general, the good and the bad. In 1990 I moved to America with my brother and parents when I turned one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' love for hard work and sacrifice without which I'm sure I wouldn't be here sharing my life. Knowing that I could be a successful person, I was determined to succeed and make my parents proud. I had a set plan throughout my life. I wanted to be a college, land a job get married buy a house and have kids. Although I was convinced that this was the definition of the ideal life, reality had other plan. The amount of money I earned and the status of my job were not enough to make me content. I believed that I had wasted my time for money. I had a passion for exercise and having fun and helping people while I walked this path. I found my niche in training for personal trainers. My small business was started in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. Only a few Asian women have a job in this industry. As the coach I am, my objective is to encourage others and encourage them to lead an active and healthy life by creating sustainable lifestyles which meet each person's wants and needs. I also strive to empower people to pursue their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to accomplish in their lives. My mother's passing that occurred while my professional career was growing and I suffered the greatest loss of my entire life. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and rests in Heaven and with me in my thoughts and heart always. Even if you can't see the signs at first, God does a wonderful job of giving us exactly what we require. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance in life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to live a brand new and exciting life, and I got another chance to live a fulfilling and happy life. As I approach my 30s I am able to feel the joy of living and being alive. I don't feel like that I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is being revealed to you so that I can share with the world my personal experiences and thoughts. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You can do whatever you want to do if put your thoughts to the task. Therapy is common and vital. Health is the greatest asset. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets, as death is the only thing that we are promised during our lifetime.
