Allie LaForce
Alexandra Leigh LaForce (born 11 December 1988) is an American journalist, model and beauty pageant contestant. She reports on her coverage of the NBA on behalf of Turner Sports on TNT. She was previously the lead reporter for SEC college football games. She also served as the courtside reporter at college basketball games, and hosts We Need to Talk on the CBS Sports Network. LaForce has also been a sports reporter and anchor at Cleveland FOX's WJW. She won an Emmy Award in 2011 as anchor for FOX 8's Friday Night Touchdown football show. It was her turn to be Miss Teen USA in 2005 as well as played basketball in college on the campus of Ohio University LaForce began her stage career as a pageant judge after winning the Miss Ohio Teen USA 2005 title in September 2004 when she was making her first run at the title. LaForce was then selected to represent Ohio in Ohio's participation in the Miss Teen USA 2005 pageant held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on the 8th of August, 2005. LaForce was awarded the Miss Teen USA 2006 title after beating her Louisiana previous titleholder Shelley Hennig. Her mother, Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell) was Miss Ohio USA 1977. Her prizes included a one year model agreement for Trump Modeling Management and a Scholarship for the School for Film and Television located in New York City. An appearance as a guest on the NBC soap drama Passions earned her acclaim.
